Endless Prayer

I am sitting alone in the apartment. It is early morning and the sun still has not risen. For now the only lights that are on are the ones from the finished Project. For me it is a perfect moment to spend some much needed time in prayer.
Prayer, over the years, has become an important foundation in my life. Even with The Project as I’m building. Some would think that now that the build is finished that the prayers have ended. Yet prayer is something that should be constant. With my work it is a rare moment when prayer never stops. Always on going. This is because the entire Project itself is the prayer.
It ties to the Bible “Pray with out ceasing.” -1 Thessalonians 5:17. It is a lesson that we should all take to heart. We should never stop putting all things before the Lord. Prayers should be constant. Even if we don't fully understand why.
As I’ve gotten older I tend to keep a lot of things in prayer that troubles me. Sometimes it feels that list keeps growing by the hour. Yet I have trust in God to guide me. To give me a level of comfort, hope, and peace that I often lack in this current time. Though it is not always an easy road to travel.
As the sun slowly rises. My prayers for the day have only just started. To see the Glory of God in the world around me. Taking comfort in knowing Christ, even when the challenges seem most difficult, is ever present. Allowing me to take these rare moments spending time Praying At The Bricks. -
