I have been hosting Public Rosaries for two years and we do the theme of the Church for each month. In June, the left calls it Pride Month and we had a sign that said, "God's Marriage, one man and one woman" We prayed to the Sacred Heart of Jesus that month. This last Saturday we prayed to the Litany of the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
Such is the beauty of the Catholic faith. The Church proclaims year in, year out, the marvelous news that God is intimately involved with His creation. He loves what He made, and works ceaselessly to perfect it. We, the Church, continuously celebrate our God, made present in His Divine Son who equally loves us. We honor Our Lady and all the saints who reflect that love, the Sacraments which enable us to participate in Jesus' holiness, even the prayers by which we glorify God. The mysteries that have been entrusted to us--is it any wonder that we jealously protect the truths of our faith against heresies, schism and apostasy?
