In this episode, I explain that the Christian God is not nationalistic. He is not the God of a nation, a race, a place or a political ideology. Jesus is the personal Savior of each idividual because each man and woman is created by God and loved by God. America is becoming a Godless nation... don't expect Him to be on our side.

I never gave it much thought, but the Pharisaical interpretation of the Sabbath would have been inhumanly strict. Observance of the Sabbath forbade shopping, cooking, sweeping up a broken dish, sewing on a button, not to mention carrying out business practices, and so on. Would that law have restricted doctors from offering emergency medical services to needy patients? This is no longer the case--with due thanks to the Lord Jesus.
